In case you haven’t been on Pinterest lately, the minimalistic, Scandinavian aesthetic has taken over the design world. Clean lines and crisp, white and black color palettes are everyone’s new favorite covetable style. And we have to admit, there is something charming about this trend’s simplicity.

The great news is that creating this sleek look is extremely easy to accomplish. We’re talking white-paint-and-some-wall-decals easy. Here are a few of our favorite looks, inspired by you.

1. The Sophisticated Superhero

Just look at how Sarah from The Winthrop Chronicles styled our Lightning Bolt Mini Pack Wall Decals. Cute, right? She was even able to incorporate a superhero theme into the Scandinavian style to win over her boys. We’re not saying these lightning bolt decals have superpowers, but the certainly pack a punch.

2. Whimsically Ikea

Who says simple can’t be fun? Create a whimsical space that looks straight out of an Ikea catalog using fun, and unexpected details. Our awesome customer, Vanessa used our raindrop mini pack wall decals to get this look.

3. The “Less Is More” Minimalist

Okay. Now this idea we really love, and it makes a beautiful, minimalistic statement. Simply use our plus signs mini pack wall decals to recreate this look.

4. The Monochromatic Explorer

One of the things we love about the Scandinavian design aesthetic is that the monochromatic color palette allows you to create really bold statements without much effort. We love the world map vinyl decal on the wall. It adds interest without overwhelming the space.

5. The Nordic Rancher

Give the minimalism trend an eclectic flare. Add subtle pops of color, bold stripes, and faux taxidermy to make your nordic inspired space truly unique.
