It already goes without saying that we LOVE bathrooms and powder rooms here at WallsNeedLove. Another thing we love? Sharing with you guys the best tips for tricking out small spaces by adding pops of color and pattern.

And today’s inspiration is brought to you by Taryn Whiteaker’s Black & White Geometric Bathroom featuring our Grid Removable Wallpaper. Taryn teamed up with WallsNeedLove to deck out the bathroom that is shared by her 2 year old son AND her guests when she has people over.

The Inspiration

“This bathroom serves two purposes, it’s our upstairs guest bathroom and also my son’s bathroom. He is too little to use it on his own just yet, but i wanted to think ahead to when it will be his. I wanted to keep the design both suitable for a boy but also nice for guests to use as well. My style is a perfect mix of both rustic and modern decor and this bathroom fits right into that theme. This year, I have really been drawn to the grid pattern. It is a huge trend right now and I am all about it! I love the clean geometric lines and you can never get enough black and white! Simply updating our walls with the pattern made such a huge difference. To top off the look, I used a variety of wood accents to give it some character and warmth.”
